A fan calling herself Stephanie Ware-Ackles and also has an alternate personality named Biance Ware, which she claims is her daughter, has been spending the last few years spreading rumors of a supposed marriage between herself and Supernatural actor Jensen Ackles. This mentally unstable fan has recently amped up her delusions by claiming that her other personality, the daughter Bianca married Supernatural actor Jared Padalecki.

The fan, who stole the name Stephanie Ware out of a year book of Ackles’ high school classmates and who claims to be real estate investor/model from Florida is actually a very delusional fan that lives in Cherry Hill NJ. The fan has been claiming for the past four years that she has been married to Jensen Ackles since September 2006, though in a recent article she self published, the fake Stephanie Ware changed her facts about the supposed wedding date. Further proof of her delusions.

Jensen Ackles has denied every knowing or being married to anyone including the deluded fan and is infact set to marry longtime lady love actress Danneel Harris (The Back up Plan) sometime this month. He and Harris have been dating since 2007. Padalecki recently married actress Genevieve Cortese on February 27, 2010 after meeting her on the set of Supernatural when she guest starred as a demon named Ruby.

Johnson is an anticipated to have health check treatment for an injury of elbow. Alex Kountouris, team physio told “He could probably play if it was the World Cup final tomorrow, but there’s a lot of the tournament to go,” That means Ryan Harris should be involved for his 1st match later making a last-minute race to the Caribbean a substitute of the wounded Brett Lee. Nathan Hauritz, the offspinner, was left out of the opening match and should hang there on the sidelines, especially if the pitch appears like assisting the fast bowlers. Even if Johnson confirms fit, Harris is an outside opportunity to come in, perhaps at the cost of Steven Smith. Michael Clarke, Australian Captain as per the 11th match of ICC T20 World Cup 2010 told “With our squad we have the potential to change the team for conditions. If conditions suit another fast bowler in Barbados, I don’t see why not.”

It can’t be an amazing job in choosing the Bangladesh XI. There are numerous players able of challenging game-playing, till so few positive outcomes. The batting-side appears stronger than the bowling-side at the instant, so Syed Rasel may come into computations for the ICC T20 World Cup 2010.

Cinco de Mayo History Remembers its war Heroes

Posted: 05 May 2010 09:29 AM PDT

The Mexican celebration Cinco de Mayo history commemorates the Battle of Puebla and is celebrated in mainly celebrated in the actual area of the country where it took place. However this occasion is often mistaken as an observation of the Mexican Independence Day.

The actual significance of Cinco de Mayo can be ascertained with help of history books which depict the Battle of Puebla which took place on the 5th of May in1862 between French and Mexican armies. The French attack led by Napoleon the Third was defeated by the Mexicans who overpowered the former. Known as the Battle of Puebla that involved about 10-12000 troops and many more at the French side.

However, the Cinco de Mayo is not celebrated equally by all the nationals. Many are unaware of the specific importance of the day as well, and neither is a national holiday.

The fact is that Cinco de Mayo history has almost been turned into a marketing tool for business purpose, whereas it should have been treated as day to remember those who sacrificed their lives for the sake of freedom.

Shivaji Park declared silence zone, political parties upset

Posted: 05 May 2010 10:32 AM PDT

Mumbai, May 5 (IANS) The Bombay High Court Wednesday virtually banned noisy political rallies in the historic Shivaji Park, the biggest playground in the heart of Mumbai, by declaring it a silence zone. The move was met with criticism from political parties who described the decision as ‘harsh’.

A division bench of Justice F.I. Rebello and Justice Mridula Bhatkar delivered the interim order over a public interest litigation (PIL) filed by city-based Veckom Trust and Dadar residents Sharad Dixit and J.D. Udeshi.

While declaring Shivaji Park a silence zone, the court said loudspeakers will be allowed in the park during functions related to the Republic Day Jan 26, Maharashtra Day May 1 and death anniversary of B.R. Ambedkar Dec 6.

The petitioners moved the court in September 2009 and sought a complete ban on non-sporting activities in the park.

‘This is predominantly a sports ground. Why is it being used for non-sports functions?’ questioned Dixit.

‘Loudspeakers disturb the calm and peace of the area. Hence, we were forced to file a PIL,’ added Dixit.

‘It surely is a welcome order for the residents of Shivaji Park area. This will set a precedence for all other locations in the city that have not been notified as silence zones,’ said Sumera Abdul Ali, a noise pollution activist from Awaz Foundation.

The PIL said Shivaji Park was shown in the city’s development plan as reserved for sporting activities and, therefore, it cannot be used for any other purpose.

Political parties were upset at the high court ruling, which they described as ‘harsh’, and wondered where will they now hold political rallies.

Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) chief Raj Thackeray said it was a harsh decision. ‘While I completely respect the court’s decision, there has to be a way out,’ he said.

The Shiv Sena, on the other hand, reserved its comments. ‘We will study the copy of the judgment carefully and will be able to say anything only after that,’ said party spokesperson Neelam Gorhe.

Party workers of the Congress also felt that they had been left with no ground in which to hold their political functions.

‘Shivaji Park has been a meeting place for various movements in the past. A lot of historic movements have been initiated from here. Now that it has been declared as a silence zone, it makes me wonder if there is any such place left,’ said Hussain Dalvai, the party spokesperson.

‘I do not mean to disrespect the court’s decision, but there should be an appeal in the Supreme Court against this order,’ Dalvai added.

Agreed Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) spokesperson Madhav Bhandari. He said political rallies have already been banned at Girgaum Chowpatty and Azad Maidan – both in south Mumbai. ‘Where do we organise political rallies in Mumbai now? Does this mean, rallies are to be banned?’ he asked.

Bhandari said this move is strange for a democratic nation like India.

Eminent cricketers like Sunil Gavaskar and Sachin Tendulkar started their cricketing journey by practicing at this historic ground.

Apart from sports activities, more than 8,000 people come to Shivaji Park every day for jogging and exercise, and morning and evening walks.
