Rama Rama Krishna Krishna Movie Review 2010: Action king Arjun doing an key role in this movie. Interesting news is that Jr NTR gave a voice over for this movie which is going to be highlight for this movie and also this is the 200th movie for Music master MM Keeravani. Young heroes NTR and Prabhas graced the occasion. Directors SS Rajamouli, VV Vinayak, Surendar Reddy, Meher Ramesh, Vamsy Paidipally; senior producers D Suresh Babu, Bellamkonda Suresh, ML Kumar Choudhary, among others besides to the team members attended the audio release function. NTR released the first CD. Rama Rama Krishna Krishna is MM Keeravani's 200th film and he said that he had given very youthful music to RRKK in tune with Ram's energetic attitude. While one of the most senior music directors of Tollywood composed music for this film, one among the youngest lyric writers Ananth Sriram had written lyrics for this film. Guess it will take a while for us to get over the oft-repeated subjects. It’s the hero’s (Ram) brother falling in love with Arjun’s (mafia don) sister and now the onus is on Ram and Arjun’s youngest sister to make things easy for them from elopement to marriage. Also there is an additional responsibility, Ram who plays Ramakrishna has to keep Arjun’s mafia history under wraps when the D day arrives and Arjun’s adversary landing in the village to wreak vengeance. The first half of the film is pretty much engaging but once the line is revealed the viewer loses interest, the climax is lengthy. Srivass puts too much on a little plate, attempts to develop each character logically, there is a small story on Sayaji Shinde, a plot on Arjun on how he took to violence, one on Nasser, two love stories and Raghu, Prithviraj’s rivalry with Nasser, Arjun’s trusted lieutenant and finally a track featuring Brahmanandam meant to provide relief.
All this packaged with songs, dances and the inevitable blasting of cars, stabbing and gun fights. As the story moves from Mumbai to Godavari and back to Mumbai and Godavari, you are treated to the regular dose of romance, light-hearted moments, action, songs but what you can see is the lack of strong emotions. Thankfully the filmmaker didn’t bump off Bindu Madhavi in one of the climax fights and made her take her unrequited love story sportively. Priya Anand who looked a put on in Leader has improved a lot, she looks simple, plain and pleasing and chipped in a convincing performance, sad to see Bindu Madhavi doing a flimsy role. Should the film taste any success at the box-office the director alone has to take credit for that, for churning a boring affair into a okay watch. This old wine in new bottle has Ram giving a perfectly tuned in performance, he doesn’t look glamorous though and is supported by a spirited Srinivas Reddy and company. Brahmanandam does cheer up and livens up the proceedings. Arjun gets to play a good part of the film and he breezes through with his experience. Some films are made just to kill time, not to appeal to your intellect, watch it if you’ve genuine fun and belief in that genre. The Afriqiyah Airways plane was flying from Johannesburg, South Africa, when it crashed while attempting to land at the airport in the Libyan capital, an airline spokeswoman said. She could not say whether there were any fatalities. A jetliner carrying more than 100 people crashed as it attempted to land in Libya Wednesday, killing dozens of passengers, an official said. Afriqiyah Airways said that 104 people were on board flight 771 from Johannesburg to Tripoli and that there was no immediate word of survivors. However, AFP and Reuters both reported that a child, believed to be an eight-year-old from the Netherlands, had been found alive at the scene. In a statement on its website, Afriqiyah Airways said the Airbus jet “had an accident during landing at Tripoli International airport at 6 a.m. Tripoli time (12 a.m. ET) Wednesday.” “At this moment we have no information concerning possible casualties or survivors. Our information is that were 93 passenger and 11 crew aboard. The competent authorities are conducting the search and rescue mission,” the statement added. A Libyan security official, speaking to AFP on condition of anonymity, said the plane “exploded on landing and totally disintegrated.” ‘Final attempt to land’ “I can confirm the crash but not the number of the dead,” said Bongani Sithole, an official of the airline at Johannesburg airport, told the Al Arabiya news service. “We hear that it happened one meter (yard) away from the runway.” The BBC reported the plane had been due to continue on to Gatwick Airport near London after stopping in Tripoli. Al-Jazeera TV said the plane was an Airbus A330 which had been bought by the airline in 2009. It reported that the flight was a regular service, going from South Africa every Tuesday and Wednesday. A South African foreign ministry spokeswoman said the plane had left Johannesburg Tuesday evening and was registered as missing. If the death toll is confirmed, the accident will be among the most serious plane crashes in the last three years. Afriqiyah Airways was founded in April 2001 and at first was fully owned by the Libyan state, AFP said. The company's capital was later divided into shares to be managed by the Libya-Africa Investment Portfolio. The company’s website says that the airline only flies modern Airbus 320–200, A319-111 & A330-200 planes. European planemaker Airbus said in a statement on its website that it “regrets to confirm that an Airbus A330-200 operated by Afriqiyah Airways was involved in an accident.” “Airbus will provide full technical assistance to the authorities responsible for the investigation into the accident,” the statement said.
