Earlier this year, Google pulled its search engine out of Beijing after complaining about censorship and online attacks that appeared to be coming from hackers in China. For years, Baidu has dominated Internet search in China holding a sizable lead over Google, which entered the market late. State-owned China Mobile the world's biggest cellphone carrier and Xinhua, China's official state-run news agency, signed an agreement Thursday to create a joint venture called the Search Engine New Media International Communications Co.  |

As its name makes obvious, the Curve 3G (also known as the BlackBerry 9300) supports calling and data over 3G networks. The device will ship with BlackBerry 5, but be "BlackBerry 6 ready" according to the company. The hardware on the Curve 3G is fairly similar to other recent models. The new high-end BlackBerry that will go for $199 with a two-year contract. That will make it easy for everyone to test it and buy it we are eager to watch that beautiful mobile phone in our hands.  |

Although the form factor of device appears very similar to the original, there's one very important change: the keyboard. Verizon describes it as a "symmetrical keyboard with raised keys for more responsive typing." As most owners of the original Droid (including myself) can probably attest, the slide-out QWERTY keyboard was a bit awkward, so it will be interesting to see how much this has improved with Droid 2. Most of the Details of Droid 2 is already all over the internet might be leaked by someone close to Droid technology as it has been server with the Android 2.2 Built-in and so many useful software's.  |

We've heard from our sources that the Verizon team members already have Froyo installed on their Droid Incredibles. Now the update is essentially ready for primetime. Froyo has been making its way onto some of the most popular Android (Android) handsets in recent weeks. The HTC Evo 4G, the Motorola Droid and the Nexus One have the updated OS. Clearly, this will come as a relief for the Droid Incredible faithful who have endured the wait as other Droid owners have had their taste and treat of the Froyo update. As we all know Froyo 2.2 will at least bring all we need.  |

Jambool made the announcement in an open letter from its founders, Vikas Gupta and Reza Hussein. "Our vision is to build world-class products that help developers manage and monetize their virtual economies across the globe," the founders said in their letter. "When the opportunity arose to join forces with Google to execute against this vision, we couldn't pass it up. We are thrilled to bring the Social Gold platform to Google's global users." Jambool is best-known for its Social Gold platform, which allows games and virtual worlds to create their own virtual currencies, including in-application payments and virtual economy analytics. The company has raised approximately $6 million in two funding rounds.  |

In a statement, the company says it will be using Facebook Live "to be your window into what's new at Facebook (Facebook)," including celebrity guests that stop by the company's HQ, demos of new features from employees and special events taking place (conceivably, things like the f8 conference). It will be interesting to see how Facebook goes about promoting the feature. Might we see notifications in the News Feed when a big guest stops by the company's HQ? That would give the site an opportunity to aggregate some huge audiences around live video, though it remains to be seen if that's in the cards or if this is more of a PR move to make the company feel more personable.  |

 I might have leaned in the direction of the Ally over the Droid 2, especially given the fact that the Ally is practically being given away right now. You might find the keyboard on the Droid 2 to be fine, it really boils down to personal preference, but for my money, I think the Droid X is a much better option. I do feel we need one or two more players in forward positions .We are a possibly little bit lightweight not in terms of starting the season but to carry us through until the next window in January We are probably two bodies light in that position.  |

 Meteor showers are comet leftovers. As a comet approaches the sun, the sun's heat melts the ice, and the rocks and dust frozen in the comet fall out. They go nowhere however and remain in the comet's orbit. Comets are the solar system's worst litterbugs. "Just after sunset in the western sky you will see the crescent moon. Next to the moon will be Venus, Mercury, Saturn, and Mars. Then from 10 p.m. until dawn tomorrow we will have the annual Perseid Meteor Shower," Burns said "Look to the northeast after 10 p.m. The meteor shower should peak just before dawn." The Perseid meteor shower is caused by debris from Comet Swift-Tuttle. Every 133 years the comet swings through the inner solar system and leaves behind a trail of debris. According to NASA, the "shooting star" show will begin when planets alight at sundown. That is four celestial bodies Venus, Saturn, Mars and the Moon pop out of the western twilight in tight conjunction. All four heavenly objects will fit within a circle about 10 degrees in diameter, beaming together through the dusky colors of sunset. No telescope is required to enjoy as it will be visible through the naked eye.  |
