Zsa Zsa Gabor Is “Doing Better And Sleeping A Lot

Gabor is "doing better" and "sleeping a lot," rep John Blanchette added.On Sunday, Zsa Zsa's condition did not seem too promising as she even received her last rites.

Gabor was taken to Ronald Reagan hospital on July 17 after she broke her hip getting out of bed. She was given an artificial hip and released, only to be readmitted two days later for blood clot surgery.Lozzi described Gabor's current health condition as "day-to-day."

While many public restaurant and retail companies report same-store sales, McDonald's doesn't. Yet analysts believe that same-store sales have slipped for the fast-food giant in the past few quarters.

CKE announced that combined same-store sales at its two burger chains declined 3.6% in the four weeks ended Aug. 10, hopefully the "Big Carl" will help fatten sales for CKE.

Even if we could put aside the screen resolution, the Torch's CPU is obviously struggling with what's on the agenda today: that doesn't bode well for future upgrades. It's a shame considering the solid hardware, not exactly fashion-forward, true, but appealing in a sturdy, functional way.

Rumor goes that the tablet could be used with Verizon's FiOS TV service (that's live TV on your tablet) and that we'll be able to use it as a hotspot for WiFi devices within range. Although a "this autumn" release date is rumored, no word was leaked on the pricing.More impressed by how the Epic looks (both design and spec-wise), rather than the Droid, but this may change, after the phones will be available for sale and we'll be able to put together a proper head-to-head comparison.

Word on the street is that Google will soon be publishing a recommended spec list for all future Android devices, just like Microsoft has done with its new Windows Phone 7 operating system. The key difference, however, is that Google can only really recommend specs, because Android is open source.


For those "Eclair" and "Cupcake" Droid fanboys and fangirls who are questioning whether to upgrade or not - Flash 10.1 is probably going to be the deal-breaker. Couple this with the ability to move apps to SD cards and the opportunity to use Flash Lite to record videos - and you'll probably see a lot of folks moving over to "Froyo."

Specifications include 3G connectivity, Wi-Fi and a 5-inch screen – significantly smaller than that of the iPad. Verizone Live Streaming Launching A Different iPad

The Verizon unveiled a series of new video applications today, including an upcoming iPad app that will allow FiOS subscribers to watch the same linear programming that is available on their TV screens on their tablet devices. The new app is expected to be rolled out early next year and Verizon expects to have all of its content partners on board by the time the app launches.

There is to be no continuous uploading nor downloading, no streaming that means no YouTube for you to enjoy and no internet radio and no playing games either, they're banned too. No P2P is allowed whatsoever.

According to Verizon, the technical aspects for the app already in place, and the last hurdle is the company's ongoing talks with content partners to work out the legality of streaming to the device. Verizon claimed it should already have streaming rights, since the iPad is just another screen in the home.
