| Aamir Khan on Indian Idol 5 with Peepli Live team Posted: 04 Aug 2010 01:27 PM PDT  Aamir Khan at Indian idol In the recent episode of Indian Idol 5 on Sony TV, Aamir gave appearance to shoot the episode with the characters of his home production movie Peepli Live. Aamir came to the set to promote the movie and Raghuveer Yadav , Omkar Das, Nageen Tanvir, Vishal O Sharma & Yugal Kishore was with him. This girl Aisha has a lot of other characters in her life, the main one being Arjun Burman, a banker who keeps telling Aisha to improve, played by Abhay Deol. Then comes Dhruv Singh, played by Singh who is a charmer and uses his charm to get through. Then there is the innocent fool who keeps falling in and out of love, the character played by Cyrus Sahukar. As for the girls, there is Amrita Puri and Ira Dubey who play contrasting roles, where one comes from a rich family and is modern in her approach, while the other comes from a middle class family and looks up to Aisha as her role model. | Independence Day celebration of Pakistan drowned in floods Posted: 04 Aug 2010 09:49 AM PDT  Independence Day ISLAMABAD : August 14 is the Independence Day of Pakistan. On Wednesday, Pakistan’s Prime Minister, Yousuf Raza Gilani, has announced that this Independence Day, their country would celebrate the big event in simplicity considering the expenditure to be used for floods which have been on their due course of devastation. The government is trying every possible effort to help its people, claims Gilani. Pakistan has never had such a condition since the past 80 years. Gilani has asked all “quarters to make every possible effort to cut down expenditures, avoid holding of Iftar parties during Ramadhan, celebrate August 14 with simplicity and contribute generously towards the Prime Minister’s Relief Fund” in order to be of help to the victims in the flood affected areas. 1500 people have lost their lives to the floods and around 3.2 million people are affected which hit suddenly in Kyber-Pakhtunkhwa and Punjab provinces. The agricultural lands also have been ruined. The floods have caused a great disturbance to the economy of the country starting from the crops. The Prime Minister has asked of the National Disaster Management Authority to help out the people in the flood affected regions and also suggest plans to carry out damage assessment. |
| Maruti Suzuki Alto K10 : Production to be increased at Manesar factory Posted: 04 Aug 2010 06:14 AM PDT  Maruti NEW DELHI : India’s largest car producer, Mariti Suzuki India. Ltd. is working towards producing more cars in optimum time and delivering the best they can, said the Company on Wednesday. They are planning upon the rising market for automobiles and upon customer satisfaction. In January, The Manesar factory in Haryana was ordered by the Maruti Suzuki Corporation to produce 250,000 cars by April, 2012. The plan is to increase the production of cars by increasing the capacity at Manesar factory. The company is investing ` 17 billion on its project. This would increase its annual capacity of production to 1.25 million cars. Shinzo Nakanishi, Maruti’s managing director said : “I am working with my team to see by how much we can advance the plant commissioning.” She siad so at the a press conference when the new Alto, Maruti Suzuki Alto K10, was being launched. Alto K10 is a better version of previous alto and is more powerful as well as fuel efficient. But when asked about the increment of capacity, Shinzo refused to answer. There two Maruti factories in Haryana, one in Gurgaon and the other one is in Manesar, previously told. The Gurgaon unit produces 700,000 cars in one year. |

Anil Kapoor stands out as a proud dad with both daughters Sonam Kapoor and Rhea Kapoor happily into a great spot in their careers with Aisha. All the more he is a content and regretless man as always noticed. But recently Anil Kapoor has revealed his heart felt disappointment towards an issue which he cannot effectively undertake. Lately Anil Kapoor attended the show 'Connect the World' with Becky Anderson a feature of CNN International. On the show Anil was asked as to why the celebrities like he himself do not come up with issues related to mis-governance and ill conduct and degeneracy in the political system of India amongst people. In reply to this question Anil half heartedly exclaimed that he badly wished to but he can't. He stated that he wants to do this more and more, but he cannot and he regrets this. He also claimed that he knows there is corruption in the political system and that these issues should be dealt with in public, but he also pointed out that he was happy for the new political setup that has younger politicians who actively handle issues bringing about a change in the complete system for good. |

 Salman Khan will be the host in Bigg Boss 4 Salman Khan, the only one with actual star power and the attitude that goes along with it has proved yet again why he's the unquestioned king. He would soon be seen in his new avatar as the host of the upcoming series of Big-Boss which was hosted by the legendary actor, Mr Amitabh Bachhan in its previous season. Reportedly, he's being paid remunerations worth 3.5 to 5 Cr per episode which is way more than Big B managed to get (1.75 Cr per episode). It is informed that the amount offered by the Colours team is almost triple as compared to the amount he was being offered by Sony for playing the host of 'Dus Ka Dum 3'. It is said that our macho Chulbul Pandey, Salman had been involved in a heated discussion with Sony officials before settling on 'Big Boss'. He had raised certain issues like monetary and other the specific time of airing among others which did not elicit any satisfactory response from the Sony team. Due to the lack of response, Sallubhai is said to have exhibited his very infamous temper. There was also the issue of putting DKD on hold when Big B was chosen as the host of KBC. All things combined to make Salman Khan accept 'Big Boss' which was not only more profitable but also gave him his pride back. The Colours team has specifically requested the Star to be his natural self since he is loved and adored by his fans for his spontaneity. The rumour mills are on an over-drive with talks of Sohail Khan being the reason of Salman Khan's refusal to host DKD3, emerging as the latest one in a string of many. The movie has been shot in Bhadwai village of Madhya Pradesh. The kindhearted actor and producer, Amir Khan has made a promise to the villagers of the Bhadwai village to open an acting school for those kids. He feels that the kids of the village are extremely talented and and are always eager to learn. AD Mahmood Farooqui has been asked of by Amir Khan to try and get things done as quickly as possible. While the movie was being shot, the villlagers noticed the techniues and it made them realize the large scope in the direction of film-making. The actress would be seen fighting a case of sexual harassment in the movie. Hello Darling would show the bold actress coming to bold tactics when she fights back against sexual harassment at her workplace. The actress is sharing the screen with other gorgeous beauties of bollywood, Gul Panag and Eesha Koppikhar. The Boss, against whom Celins Jaitley fights against in the movie is being played by Javed Jaffery. Javed Jafferey has performed wonderfully in this movie, say sources. "Hello Darling is about three women from different backgrounds working together in an office where they are subjected to sexual harassment by their boss. The whole thing is shown in a lighter mood and shows how they teach their boss a lesson in their own way,” as told to PTI by Celina Jaitley. The movie is a debut for Manoj Tiwari. The movie, which stars South Indian superstar ‘Rajinikanth‘ and former Miss World ‘Aishwarya Rai‘. Apple itunes store lists ‘Endhiran-The Robot’ as the top selling album on its site. The ‘Top Charts’ display ‘Endhiran-The Robot’ at the top position and no wonder about it. The music was being seeked for for a long time by the Rajinikanth fans. Apple itunes, as you would know, is the largest music selling portal on the web. The Tamil film, ‘Endhiran-The Robot’ is the first South Indian music to have topped the Apple itunes website, which has acquired 70% of the music sold over the internet. Instead there are reports that Salman Khan has signed up Bigg Boss 4 as the celebrity head. The complete huff and puff between Salman and 10 ka Dum people was on the basis of the pay issue. Salman had reportedly charged a sum of 89 crores for the first season of this show. But when he was asked to come back for the second season Salman asked for a hike of payment which was refused based on the financial crisis that were caused due to recession. Salman agreed to the fact and stood by the show in its hour of crisis. But things changed when Salman was again approached for the third season by the show members. Salman again asked for the increment in his charging but this time too the broadcasters refused to what he wanted. This has certainly put Salman of the bearing limits and now he is determined to take things either his way or no way. |

As it is he was apprehensive of his bowling attack for many senior players had been rested due to fitness issues so India had to enter the grounds for the third test match against Sri Lanka with a bowling side having the figure of only 42 in the tests. But these inexperienced bowlers did nothing to soothe Dhoni, they in fact aggravated the situation by throwing a series of 'no balls' every other ball. The Indian spinners, who were looking in a better form than the last two matches, raised the hopes but for a very short while as even they bowled a total of 10 no balls. Pragyan Ojha's first delivery was a no ball and the run out of Dilshan from the hands of wicketkeeper MS Dhoni and Murali Vijay from silly point also resulted futile because of a yet another no ball. The eleventh no ball was given by Virender Sehwag on his first delivery itself. Ishant Sharma contribution of 3 no balls took the total to 14 no-balls on the first day of the test from the Indian side. The Indian bowlers' first such instance was at the Colts Cricket club in their tour game against Sri Lankan Board President's XI where they delivered a total of 36 no-balls. Mishra turned out to be the culprit having a maximum of 17 no-balls to his credit. Ojha, when questioned about the numerous no-balls, said: "It was a problem for me initially, I took the wrong run-up. Then I changed my run-up and it was alright. After that, I was doing quite well." India has not yet faced any dire consequences because of these extras but these can prove to be a danger in the long run. Thilan Samaraweera, on the other hand, said that this wicket is not easy to bet upon and that their team would try its best to build a huge total on Wednesday. Samaraweera said: "The pitch was not easy to bat on and some balls from fast bowlers were stopping before reaching the bat. So it was not easy to play shots straightaway, you need to settle down. But we have done well so far" Stuart Law, the Sri-Lankan assistant coach, appreciated the Indian bowling attack but also said that the home team is more balanced to capture 20 wickets in the test. |

The coronal mass ejection was lined directly towards the Earth and resulted in a solar tsunami speeding 93 million miles all around. The solar particles emitted will flow down the earth poles when the tsunami will hit the earth surface. These emitted particles will clash with the nitrogen and oxygen atoms. This process will produce a glowing effect creating small neon like signs. Even though scientists and experts believe that this tsunami will not have a very significant effect or damage. But there are serious consequences being predicted out of this which may knock down satellites, or even cause an impending damage to the electrical grid present on the earth. Well by any means, these repulsions caused by the sun significantly point out towards the fact that our sun is reacting to the changes and all these happenings will gave way to an alternate maximum.  Kishore kumar Kishore Kumar has always been an eminent part of the Indian Film Industry. Even after he collapsed due to a heart attack on 13th October, 1987, he is still remembered for his skills in acting, directing and singing. With his far reaching talent in vocals, he is well known in the period of 1950s-1980s along with other great singers like Mukesh and Mohammed Rafi for being a singing sensation. Kishore Kumar was born on the 4th of August, which is today, and for this reason all his enthusiast heartedly celebrate his memories of his contribution to the Industry. One of our leading singers, Asha Bhosle sent a twitter message yesterday related to Kishore Kumar which said, "In a few hours another genius will be born. The one & only Kishore Kumar." Even our Indian Nightingale Lata Mageshkar tweeted a message for Kishore Kumar saying she fondly remembered him as a wonderful artist, a great man and also a loving brother. Talking about his biography he had a very difficult professional as well as personal life. Kishore Kumar was married four times and had 2 sons.
