Nisha Priya Bhatia, a former Research and Analysis Wing official on Friday, attempted to strip inside the court room. The official had accused her seniors of molesting her when she worked with RAW.

According to sources, Bhatia had attempted suicide outside the Prime minister's office two years back. Justice Ajit Bharihoke who was hearing the case said, “The behaviour of the petitioner (Nisha Priya Bhatia) in baring herself in the open court is highly deplorable and it gives an impression that she is not mentally sound. It is not a case of solitary instance but she, even in the post-lunch session, tried to indulge in the same act, which is not expected from a normal person.”

The ex RAW official had alleged that in spite of her repeated complaints no action was taken. Nisha then filed a case herself in the court and currently her case is being heard in the High Court.

Nisha will be taken to the Institute of Human Behavior and Allied Sciences for check up and treatment as per the court orders.
