Murders teenager Aarushi Talwar's father Rajesh Talwar was on Tuesday attacked by a 30 year old man outside a court in Ghaziabad. The man was identified as the one who had earlier stabbed SPS Rathore, who was convicted in the Ruchika molestation case.

Talwar was immediately rushed to the hospital by the lawyers. According to sources, the 54 year old was seriously injured and was bleeding from the right side of the head.

However Raghubir Lal, Senior Superintendent of police said, that Talwar's condition is stable. Rajesh Talwar had one to the court to appeal for a fresh investigation in daughter Aarushi's murder case when the incident happened.

The attacker Sharma had stabbed Talwar with a big knife, when he was approaching a xerox centre to take photo copies of some documents. The youth was then immediately taken in to custody by the police. Last year the same person had attacked Rathore on his cheek with his knife.

Airtel launches 3G in Karnataka

With the increasing competition with the launch of Mobile Number Portability, the telecom company Airtel has announced to launch 3G service in the state of Karnataka, India, which will also be the largest circle for the operator in the country. While the other companies, are still trying to bring the service in use for their subscribers.

By the month of March, the service will be launched in the rest of the 13 circles of the country. The company will be launching in Mumbai, Andhra Pradesh, Delhi, Assam, Bihar, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir, Rajasthan, Tamil Nadu, UP West, West Bengal and the North East circle.

The subscribers of the Airtel 3G service will allow them to choose with the help of the personalized usage limits. Subscribers will have the option of time based service. There will be different plans for light as well as heavy users.

Moreover the user can also monitor the usage, so that they can avoid heavy bills on their mobile phones.
