The much awaited concert of Bryan Adams which was scheduled to be held in Delhi may get scratched out much to the disappointment of all fans. The 52 year old Canadian singer was scheduled to sing before the Deli crowd at the NSIC exhibition ground. But owing to security reasons, the concert may be scratched. With the Bryan Adams concert date on 15th, the No Objection Certificate (NOC) seems to be unachievable at the moment.
