People often have cravings for yummy cuisines that are among their favorites. But Bangari, a 35 year old resident of Aralikere in the state of Karnataka, has a unique craving for cloths.

The 35 year old likes to eat clothes when she is hungry. Moreover, she prefers to have cotton clothing as they taste better than other fabrics.

The village people never hang any clothes outside their house to dry them after washing, as they know that Bangari would come and steel the cloths and have a tasty snack. Surprisingly, the villagers do not complain, instead, they keep their clothing safe from Bangari.

Bangari's mother, Shivamma said that her daughter developed the habit at a very young age. As she grew up she could not give up the habit and often craves for eating clothes. Bangari has also never complained of digestion problems due to the habit. Now that her family members are convinced that Bangari cannot give up her habit, ample amount of clothes are kept in stock for her to eat, whenever she is hungry. And if the stock at home gets over, then she comes out of the house in search of neighbor's cloths hanging outside. Now, there is no house in the village, which has not lost a cloth due to Bangari.
