The untimely death of Swami Nigamanand who died on Monday after having fasted for nearly 4 months, is now being blamed on the Uttarkhand government. The Union Minister Jairam Ramesh on Tuesday declared that the government of Uttrakhand is responsible for the death of the seer who was trying to protect the holy river Ganga.
