Google vs Digg Traffic
Help Wanted - writers, editors and channel managers
My network of blogs reached two huge milestones in last month. You can read about that in last week's newsletter.

I also wrote about - 'Where blogs go when they grow up.' Missed them? Email me at bill@billbelew.com and I will send them to you.

When blogs grow up, they start thinking of ways to expand even further, reach more folk, get the word out on the topic of the blog or something that is related to it. That's where my blog network is headed.

We are hiring.

Are you a writer or an editor? Have you got what it takes to manage teams of writers? Would you like for your writing to have a potential audience of 500,000 views weekly and growing!?

Yes? Then we'd like to hear from you.

Please click through to Help Wanted for details on how to apply.

Of course, it's a paid gig. But, keep in mind that writing is a get rich slow program. If you want to make a lot of money fast, then never mind.

Make a difference,

Bill

From Silicon Valley to Indianapolis to India and back

I live in Silicon Valley, USA. Sunnyvale to be exact. My home is about 2 miles from Yahoo in one direction, 3 miles to Google in another (I was at Google HQ last week for a meetup) and another 2.5 miles to Apple in a third direction.

In a couple of weeks I will be in Sacramento for a blogging workshop. See above. A week after that I will be in Indianapolis, Indiana giving a workshop at the North American Christian Convention on 6 Tips to Get Your Message to 1,000,000+ Online Readers through Blogging. You will have to scroll down.

A couple of weeks after that I will be in India - Mumbai, Bangalore, Hubli, Damoh, Hyderabad, meeting up with my team.

While in India I will also meet up with an organization that is trying to bring jobs to folk across Asia and Africa. I can do that...provide jobs. If a person can write in English and has access to a computer and the Internet, I can provide jobs. Everything else is in place. How cool is that!?

In time, I can foresee having writers for my network across the world and from some of the world's remotest parts. Way exciting!

I am traveling the world, on my own dime, to see if there are real ways to

Make a difference,

Bill Belew
Silicon Valley, CA

P.S. I'd love to meet readers of any one of the blog sites I own. I'll publish my itinerary when it is firm. I have done this before and ended up staying with an axe-murderer on a business trip to Vegas. Actually, he was a really nice guy and we stay in touch still.

Google versus Digg traffic - which gives a better ROI on time - a case study
Speaking of Meetups.

The June 15th meetup will be about a case study.

Last month a friend of mine had a big day on Digg. I had an equally big day, but all from Google searches. Which contributes more to the bottom line - bringing home money?

I will share with participants by the numbers, which gives a better ROI of time. "Google versus Digg traffic - a case study."

Click on the link for details.

Not only will you learn something about what kind of traffic you ultimately want to get, you will meet like-minded folk and have a chance to build your network.

Oh, have I said before that the meetups are free?
