Dwayne Michael Carter, Jr. (September 27, 1982), better known by his stage name Lil Wayne, is an American rapper. Formerly a member of the rap group the Hot Boys, he joined the Cash Money Records collective as a teenager. Get It How U Live!, released in 1997, was Lil Wayne's first album with Hot Boys, and Tha Block Is Hot, his solo debut, came out in 1999.









Lil Wayne may have gotten an unexpected extra day of freedom after a courthouse fire delayed his sentencing on weapons charges Tuesday (March 2), but the MC has prepared to cover his forthcoming jail term by preparing nearly 20 videos to air in his absence. The first of these clips is Young Money's "Roger That," which hit the Web Monday. MTV News chatted with co-directors David Rousseau and Adam Rush about the graphic novel-inspired, "Sin City"-influenced short, which only took a few minutes to imagine.

On Monday, Lil Wayne sent an exclusive pre-jail clip to MTV News in which he's seen before and after filming scenes for Diddy-Dirty Money's upcoming "Strobe Lights" video at Miami's Fountainebleu hotel. We caught up with Puff to get some more details on the track.

While the rap star was heading to his sentencing after pleading guilty in a 2007 gun case, a fire shut down the courthouse and postponed the already-delayed proceeding.

The parents of the missing teen appeared on the "Early Show" today to plead for their daughter's safe return.







SAN DIEGO (CBS 8) – The body of a girl was found in Lake Hodges Tuesday afternoon in the area crews have been search for missing teen Chelsea King. During a news conference Tuesday, authorities confirmed that a positive ID has not been made yet, but there are strong indications that the body is King's.

The body of 17-year-old high school student Chelsea King was believed to have been found Tuesday in a shallow grave near a lake not far from her northern San Diego County home, authorities said.

Roger Joseph Ebert (pronounced /ˈiːbərt/; born June 18, 1942) is an American film critic and screenwriter.

He is known for his film review column (appearing in the Chicago Sun-Times since 1967, and later online)[3] and for the television programs Sneak Previews, At the Movies with Gene Siskel and Roger Ebert, and Siskel and Ebert at the Movies, all of which he co-hosted for a combined 23 years with Gene Siskel.







Roger Ebert has a blunt message for anyone who has trouble with the machine that has restored his voice: get over it.

"Hey, I use a computer to talk," he told the Toronto Star in an email interview.

Cancer may have robbed Roger Ebert of his voice, but the famed film critic is making his disdain for Sarah Palin and the growing Tea Party movement heard loud and clear on Twitter.

sapnaa babul ka…. bidaai, started off on the 10th of October, 2007 with many hopes at 9pm on plus. During these 1 1/2 years it has emerged as the top show of television. Earlier it was tuned to 1 hour which made the story very interesting due to the uprising of many twists in the show. However from the past 3 to 4 weeks, the story is getting a bit too boring due to over-acting of alekh, and mental disabled man as sometimes he is the smartest man in the world(eg. in judging who is a perfect groom dost for sadhna) and sometimes behaves like a 7 yr old child(in neglecting feelings that sadhna has for him and how bad she will feel if she comes to know this).

Tsunami Hits Hawaii Video, The western Pacific remains under tsunami warnings after ocean surges generated by an 8.8- magnitude earthquake in Chile reached Hawaii, according to the National Weather Service's Pacific Tsunami Warning Center. Tsunami alerts for the U.S. and Canadian west coasts and Alaska remain in effect.
A tsunami generated by the 8.8 earthquake hit Chile, but as Dave Price reports, damage appeared to be minimal.
President Barack Obama urged U.S. citizens in areas that might be affected "to listen closely to the instructions of local officials, who will have the full support of the federal government as they prepare for a potential tsunami and recover from any damage that may be caused."
