| Posted: 11 Mar 2010 12:00 PM PST Iraq election results were declared on Thursday. The elections were held five days ago. Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki's party had a majority in two out of a total of eighteen provinces.
 Iraq election results Iraq election results also revealed that the Iraqi National Alliance party stands as at the second majority while the Al-Iraqia (party of earlier Prime Minister Ayad Allawi), stands third. These results are not final as it reflects only one-third of the total votes. The election results of sixteen provinces are yet not declared. The final results of the election will be declared in shortly. The election results which will be passed by the Federal court of Iraq may be revealed by the month end. People have shown defiance to the danger of violence by casting their votes. There will be negotiation for a coalition government if there is no clear majority. About 38 Iraqis died on the Election Day due to attacks. There are 325 seats in Iraq's parliament (called Council of Representatives). For these seats there were 6200 members from above 80 parties. Whichever party gains a majority will present their member for prime minister. |

A four day schedule and both teams can claim four victories. Boston College's team "The Eagles" has the superior place as they had also won a match played in Chestnut hill by thirteen runs. The Virginia team does not have its top player, Sylven Landesberg. In the 2010 ACC tournament schedule Miami has the tenth rank. Virginia has 485 free throws and Boston has 537. ACC tournament schedule 2010's next game is between Wake Forest and Miami at 2 p.m. The Wake Forest team has lost in their last four games but they still have an edge. Miami is very good at shooting with a score of 46.2% while the Wake Forest team has good defense of goal. The ACC tournament bracket also has a match between Georgia Tech and North Carolina at 7 p.m. It's important for Georgia Tech to win this match to gain an advantage in the NCAA bid and the coach of the team requires it to keep his job. This team also has the advantage as they won a game at the Chapel Hill. This is a game to watch as both the teams are equally competing. Georgia is ranked eight and North Carolina is twelfth. |
| Roethlisberger Accused of Sexual Assault of a Sophomore Posted: 11 Mar 2010 10:32 AM PST Roethlisberger has been accused of sexually assaulting a second year student of Georgia College. Ben Roethlisberger has denied these reports that were presented by KDKA-TV. He said that there had been no intercourse between them. A second round of Police interrogation is due with Roethlisberger. No details about this news are being divulged by the police authorities. Roethlisberger's news about this sexual assault is a big one for the residents of Milledgeville. Even the editor of Georgia College's Newspaper said that it was alarming news. In a study conducted by the Justice Department, the findings revealed that in the last three years at Georgia College, there had been four cases of sexual assaults and three rape cases. The college has about four thousand females and they say that they do feel safe in the campus, though a recent study says that the ratio of females who will face sexual assault while she is a graduate is 1:5. Roethlisberger's attorney is adamant that he is not guilty. The advocates of the accuser have said that she would always be available for help in the investigation. Roethlisberger's group of attendants was Willie Colon (lineman), Steelers teammate from Pittsburgh and two police officers from Pennsylvania. A website claims that police authorities have a video recording of the incident. |

Biden, addressing the audience at the Tel Aviv University, affirmed that America was leaving no stone unturned to keep Israel safe. Still, he insisted that there was no better time to go for peace with Palestine than this. Georgetown team's defense technique was an essential part of 20 pt. victory; when they throw an eleven pt. lead in first half of big east basketball match.Although USF started off the 2nd half as 9-3 score but Georgetown team effort eliminated USF & secured position in quarterfinals match against No.1 team Syracuse. The Hoyas also seized South Florida to 29.6 % shooting, which includes 1-for-10 on three pointers.Georgetown's are completely familiar with, what they are actually supposed to do & they are very well aware of their responsibility. The team came in & played very well, so they hit the iron when it was hot. That proves good for them.
