It can be called the marriage of the already wedded. Sara Khan and Ali Merchant are already husband and wife, according to Sara's mom. Clearly not happy with Sara's Bigg fat wedding on national TV, her mom has spilled the beans that they were told not to reveal the truth about the duo's marriage. "Their nikaah has happened already but we were told not to say so in the media as that would have affected their respective careers," Sarah's mother is quoted to have said. Sara's family members are particularly unhappy that Ali decided to go ahead with the wedding despite knowing that Sara's grandmother has passed away recently, which the actress is unaware of. Sara entered the house as one of the 14 contestants but Ali entered later as a guest after Sara's brewing friendship with Ashmit Patel. Rumour has it that Sara and Ali are being paid Rs. 50 lakh for getting married on the show. Meanwhile, in the run-up to the wedding, the show's TRPs are quite good as the viewers are glued to the drama.  |

When a pop singer and musician happens to be your co-star, it doesn't require pulling strings to learn a few musical skills. That's what Katrina Kaif is seen doing on the sets of the Yashraj Film Mere Brother Ki Dulhan. The actress is paired opposite Imran Khan and Pakistani singer-turned-actor Ali Zafar in the film. Since Ali doesn't go anywhere without his guitar, he often plays it in between the shoots and Katrina joins him. Not just that, Katrina also tries out her hand on the six-string. And Ali is her tutor. According to a source, Kat has so far learnt some basic chords and of course the octave. Now we hear that Katrina has told Ali that she wants to be in the music video of his album. Ali says she might even play the guitar in the album.  |

The makers of Murder have minced not a word in admitting that the film's sequel that's in the works will be bolder, sexier and more shocking than the original. The buzz is that the plot of Murder 2 is based on the grisly Nithari killings, and knowing the Bhatts' knack for picking inspirations from real life events and incidents, it might well be true. However, there are going to be some changes in the cast and crew of the sequel. Firstly, Anurag Basu won't direct the film. Mohit Suri, the new regular in the Bhatt camp, will step into his shoes. Secondly, Mallika Sherawat may or may not be in the film. Emraan Hashmi is excited to return in the sequel, but the director has yet to confirm the male lead. But it's the search of the lead actress that's giving Suri sleepless nights. He wants a girl who can look dominatingly and superiorly sexy. Four girls are under consideration for the role. It's wedding season in Bollywood and the latest couple who's thinking of tying the knot are Lara Dutta and tennis star Mahesh Bhupathi. The buzz is that Lara and Mahesh are planning a wedding in Goa. It will be a church wedding and would probably take place in February next year. The duo has been going thick and steady ever since Lara split from Dino Morea with whom she had a whirlwind affair after she ended her long relationship with Kelly Dorjee. Since Hrithik plays a paraplegic who can't feel a thing below his neck, a typical lovemaking scene between him and his nurse, played by Aishwarya, was clearly out of question. What director Bhansali incorporated rather was a mock lovemaking scene, in which Ash gives a massage to Hrithik's foot to ensure proper circulation of blood. That's when Hrithik begins to feign the moans and sighs of sexual ecstasy. Ash too takes the cue and makes lovemaking noises - the oohs! and aahs! - in the scene. It didn't take much time for the award-winning background music composers Salim-Sulaiman to grab the limelight, and their work doesn't go unnoticed because the duo delivers quality music. Their collaboration with Yash Raj Films always bears fruit. Now, the duo has come up with Band Baaja Baaraat that stars Anushka Sharma and newcomer Ranveer Singh. Moving straight to the album, it has seven originals and two remixes. Lyrics are by Amitabh Bhattacharya. Here we go: Talking about the first track Ainvayi Ainvayi, the song stands a great chance to be this season's well-played number. It is doubtlessly the best offering considering the movie's theme and the current wedding season. The Ainvayi Ainvayi Dilli Club Remix is a peppy number; enjoy it in full volume. Jacking up the dhols in Punjabi style pays off. Right! Mixing a bit of pop with rock music, Salim Sulaiman come up with Tarkeebein. A situational track about motivations to perform well in life, it is rendered by the talented Benny Dayal and Salim Merchant. The song is a middling number and will take time to get registered in your mind. When it comes to melodious tracks, Salim Sulaiman like to keep it simple, and that's why Aadha Ishq with its heartfelt lyrics and mellifluous music grows on you.Aadha Ishq, Aadha Ho Jaega. Next is Dum Dum with punch and pomp but the song falls flat. However, its Sufi remix sounds impressive because of its fast-paced music; also Sukhwinder Singh and Sunidhi Chauhan's terrific singing makes it sound better than the original.  |
