Google Admob $750 million acquisition deal may be in trouble

It has been reported recently that a popular acquisition of Admob i.e.  a mobile advertising network by Google Inc with 750 million USD can be in trouble with the interference from FTC / Federal Trade Commission. FTC may block the transaction of the USD 750 million of the deal due to some points raised by the Federal Trade Commission. Google acquired the Admob which is one of the leading mobile advertising company to expand their business and technology with a deal comprised of  750 million USD. Both the Google and AdMob hold a major chunk of total mobile advertising.  Deal was announced by the Google Inc on 9th November 2009 and now its seems that the FTC may create the problem in transaction.
