Daytime Emmy Winners 2010 List, All My Children Gets Outstanding Drama Series award

All my ChildrenDaytime Emmy Winners 2010 has been revealed and the winners result is in for that could perhaps be the last "Emmy Award show" for "Daytime TV".

The extremely predictable occasion, transmit live tonight from the Las Vegas Hilton, showcased show by Cirque du Soleil & The Jersey Boys, as well as compliments to Dick Clark & "As the World Turns", which will finish its fifty-year run in September.

"As the World Turns" has stolen the main awards of the night, that includes "Outstanding Lead Actor" for Michael Park (Jack Snyder), "Outstanding Lead Actress" for Maura West (Carly Tenney Snyder), & "Outstanding Supporting Actress" for Julie Pinson (Janet Ciccone).

Dolph Briscoe, 87 years old previous Texas Governor’s relatives say the 2-term conservative Democrat has passed away at his Uvalde, Texas house.

Family spokesperson Ann Arnold tells he died Sunday after a long time illness. Arnold says Briscoe had been admitted to hospital in Jan this year and had came back home recently.

Dolph Briscoe was Texas gov. from 1972 to 1978, presiding over Texas throughout an oil & gas bang previous to suffering a dramatic Democratic primary upset in 1978 to John Hill.

In the year 2008, the 'University of Texas at Austin' gave name to its 'Center for American History' for Briscoe, who contributed USD fifteen million to the center.
