| Aamir Khan Considering Danny Boyle’s Proposal Posted: 07 Jul 2010 02:40 AM PDT  Aamir Khan 'The Perfectionist' actor Aamir Khan has been enthusiastically observing Danny Boyle's proposal of being a part of his movie 'Bombay Velvet', which is said to be inspired by true stories. Though Aamir is entirely engrossed with the promotion of his home production 'Peepli Live' featuring Raghuvir Yadav, but confirmed that he certainly received a proposal and is considering it. It is being said that Aamir might accept as he want to win Oscar this time which he had missed at the time of Lagaan. Probability of his winning the Oscar also increases if he get associated with 'Slumdog Millionaire' maker. Director of the film 'Bombay Velvet' Anurag Kashyap has always stated that the role is tailor made for Aamir and therefore they've never considered anyone else for the same role. In order to convince actor for the movie Danny's visited are being witnessed by many in the past. Their first encounter was at the premiere of 'Slumdog Millionaire' and since then there are efforts from Danny to convince him for the role. Currently, Aamir is occupied with the promotional campaigns of 'Peepli Live' which will be released soon. 'Peepli Live' is written and directed by Anusha Rizvi. |
