 Amit Shah Amit Shah, Gujarat minister of state has been accused of murder of a Rajasthan resident, Sohrabbudin. The CBI took charge of the murder case on plea on the brother of the deceased. Shah did not appear in front of CBI thereby making it more heinous. CBI found evidences of Home Minister Amit Shah's involvement in the plan, proceedings and killing of both. The CBI has told that Shah also tried to destroy all evidences and tried to escape his crime by bribing police officials and witnesses. Senior Gujarat Police officer Abhay Chudasama was arrested for helping Shah and murdering Prajapati. Shah surpassed his due date to appear before the CBI. He also said that he was innocent and the CBI is being purposely harsh on him. On the other hand, CBI official stated "We have crucial evidence that suggests the involvement of Shah in the conspiracy to eliminate gangster Sohrabuddin in a staged shootout.” | ||

 Thillalangadi Thillalangadi is set to release on July 23. The movie's music by Shankar Raja has already created waves in the market and becoming appreciated. Thillalangadi is the remake of 'Kick'. Thillalangadi, the Tamil version of 'kick' is supposed to engross the audience with laughter filled moments initially but the movie turns on a serious mode post interval. Jayam Ravi plays the main lead whereas Tamannah plays the female lead in this action thriller. The most engaging comic role is played by Vadivelu. The original movie 'Kick' had Ravi Taneja and Ileana playing the main lead roles. I was quiet for a while, then he said it’s good to have sex. Then I told my senior that Kaushik sir spoke to me in a disgusting manner. Still I remained quiet. Kaushik sir used to have one-on-one meetings with everybody for 10-15 minutes, but with me he used to always take an hour. He used to repeatedly say that I am beautiful. Can I talk to you whenever I feel like? And this kind of a conversation used to take place very often. One day it just went out of limit. During our tour to China one night, he called me to his room and started talking about my game. Soon he started talking about all sorts of things. He said you are pretty, you stay in Mumbai alone, you must be having a lot of fun. He even said that he was available 24 hours for me. He did not say it once or twice, he repeated it at least 5 times and that too pointing at the bed. I always thought he would stop on his own. I kept forgiving him. He was about to go to Germany, and he asked me tell me if you want something from there.  Mohammad Azharuddin Mohammad Azharuddin, the former Indian cricket captain who is scarred by the match fixing scandal, is set to divorce his wife Sangeeta Bijlani, an actress. Mid-Day has reported that Azharuddin who is 47 years old has separated from his wife and will file for divorce in a week. Their marriage is 14 years old. It is also being said that he is now dating Jwala Gutta, who is 26 years old. She is No. 7 in world mixed doubles rankings and is married to Chetan Anand, who is the top ranked male badminton player in India. Azharuddin has been seen at Jwalas match practices and tournaments frequently. Jwala and Chetan too are seperated and will file for divorce soon. A source had this to say about this “Whenever he is in Hyderabad, he is seen in Pullela Gopichand’s academy where Jwala practises and they both leave together. | Movie Review: KHATTA MEETHA fails to deliver story Posted: 23 Jul 2010 01:27 AM PDT  khatta meetha Priyadarshan-Akshay Kumar combo ‘KHATTA MEETHA‘ did not deliver as to what was promised. KHATTA MEETHA was supposed to be a movie based on a common man’s life. Satire should have been its soul purpose. Khatta Meetha Hindi MOvie MP3 Song But the movie has disappointed its viewers in a big way. The main points why it said it was Satirical was because it was criticizing government officials for being corrupt and encouraging bribing. The movie lacks story. And so has Priyadarshan’s every other flick. KHATTA MEETHA is a stuffed movie. Many things have been tried to said in this 2.4 hour movie. Priyadarshan’s comedy is commendable but all its hoots upon delivering a substantial movie has not materialized. Many scenes are hilarious like the repair-and-paint part, and specially the roller road sequence. The punch lines are great and so is Rajpal Yadav as a government official. Akshay Kumar is surely looking different and has performed well. His girlfriend in the movie, Urvashi Sharma has acted weird. Being her first film, it is granted. But no excuses for Makrand Deshpandey. Pritam has directed the music for the film, so at least that is one thing that the audience would want to listen to in the entire movie. Two of the songs have become pretty popular lately including Nana Chi Tang. The romantic streak is very weak. A flashback part shows Akshay Kumar as in his college time. This is one scene viewers would wish had been chopped off from the movie. The ending of the movie is very unsatisfactory. And since there was no story, obviously the end could not be made very powerful anyway. Khatta Meetha Rating: 1/5 | ||

 Mir Ranjan Negi Mir Ranjan Negi, the man associated with Chak De has come forward and offered to coach the Indian women Hockey team. The development came in the wake of a sex scandal which caused MK Kaushik to resign. It is reported that Negi came forward on his own to offer his services. Narinder Batra, the secretary general of Hockey India had this to say “He (Negi) approached us showing his interest in the job. We asked him to send his bio-data which will will be put forward before a panel, which is the normal procedure. We don’t have the right to appoint a coach. We only can make recommendations to SAI who is authorised to appoint the coach of any national team,” He also cleared up the rumors doing the rounds that HI approached Negi by saying “We (HI) did not contact him. It is Negi who approached us. Nothing is finalised as yet, we just asked him to send his bio-data,”. Negi meanwhile confirmed the latest developments “Yes, I have. When I heard that they (HI) were looking for a coach, I contacted them and they asked me to send my consent and I have already sent my application to HI.
