Coal mine accidents in China kill 38 persons Posted: 18 Jul 2010 08:57 AM PDT In three separate accidents in coalmines in China, atleast 38 people were killed and 13 people were trapped inside. An electrical cable caught fire inside the Xiaonangou mine in Shaanxi province where 28 people died.
