On this day Every Muslim Prays to Allah through Namaaz in mosque. On this pious day every Muslim ends his or her fasts. For ending fasts on this day of Eid all the Muslims follow their holy Book "Quraan" and recite Takbir in mosques throughout the Namaaz for ending their fasts that they regularly keep throughout the month of Ramadan. Takbir is a short prayer which all the Muslim recites during the Namaaz. On this pious day all the Muslims forget their enmity with everybody and become friends forever. Moreover, all the Muslims get up early in the morning on this day. After this they all greet each other through a warm hug. They greet each other y saying EID Mubarak. After this all the Muslims consume some small quantity of sweet dish as a breakfast because it is deemed bad to remain on fast on this day. Everybody wears new clothes and go to mosque for Namaaz in front of Allah. After this they all give some gift as a token of love to their loved ones. When it comes to respect for authority and senior party leaders, Congress likes it clean and disciplines. Reports from Lucknow confirm that eight workers of the Congress party have been expelled by the Uttar Pradesh Congress. These workers were part of the Agra constituency. The reason behind the expulsion is the alleged morphing of a photograph of Rahul Gandhi. How could they get away with an issue involving the much respected national general secretary? The party has taken serious action in this regard. The morphing of the photo has been admitted to by the part workers. Even though they have apologized for the act, the expulsion is final and binding, and as of now, it is for a period of one year. The reason for morphing Rahul Gandhi's image was that these workers from Agra wanted to give the impression that they had actually met Rahul Gandhi in New Delhi. However, their actions took a reverse turn and got them into trouble with the party, who will not tolerate any such nonsense. This is not the first time that such expulsion has taken place. Only yesterday, congress engendered the expulsion of Ram Lotan Nishad who was the UPCC secretary. The reason for his expulsion was serious disrespect for party leaders. He had made certain remarks, not just against Rahul Gandhi but also national President Sonia Gandhi. A probe has already been ordered even in the photo morphing case. Party workers need serious discipline and strict action might just ensure it for Congress. |

Though, some of the audiences did complain that the chemistry between Priyanka Chopra and the participants was a bit thanda, but we guess, slowly but steadily in the upcoming episodes we would see some really nice and synchronized moments between the participants and Piggy chops. The major reason to this mis-match might be the initial hesitation between the participants and Piggy chops as she is the reigning queen of bollywood and the participants are mere models or struggling actors or television serial actors, but surely Priyanka would make them feel at home and the chemistry would turn sizzling. The list of the participants is Milind Soman, Dino Morea, Rahul Bose, Rahul Dev, Angad Bedi, Ritwik Bhattacharya, and Shabbir Ahaluwalia. They would be competing with each other for the finale of Khatron ke Khiladi.  Asha Bhonsle Asha Bhonsle has turned 77 today but is still quite young at heart. She has more than 12,000 songs in 18 languages to her credit. She has been honored with the second highest Indian civilian award, Padma Vibhushan. Even after a career spanning over six decades in the industry, the time has not withered her voice even a bit. Asha Bhonsle stepped in this industry quite early in her life and is famous for having sung in almost every genre of Hindi cinema. She is also looked up to for her stylish statement with majestic silk saris and pieces of matching jewelry to make it picture perfect. She was labeled as a cabaret singer after delivering several hits for the Bollywood's dancing queen, Helen. But she compelled everybody to rethink when she came up with the soulful Maang Ke Saath Tumhara from Naya Daur(1957) which boasted of names like Dilip Kumar and Vyjayantimala. This song set her up as a versatile singer in the industry. And, this was but a beginning of a beautiful musical journey through various phases of Hindi cinema. She teamed up with many eminent figures of yesteryears like Khayyam, Ravi and Shankar Jaikishan but it was only after her encounter with composer R.D. Burman that she came out of her nutshell with full bloom in the music industry. "Pancham (Burman) had this unique quality of bringing out the best in every artiste by making him or her feel comfortable. He knew how to make me sing to get the maximum effect in every situation," Asha said Asha Bhonsle has sung in as much as 18 languages ranging from Hindi, Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Marathi, Malayalam, Punjabi, Telugu, Tamil and Urdu to English, Russian, Nepali, Czech and Malay. She added another feather to her hat by debuting in Kannada for composer Veera Samarth who seemed mesmerized by her professionalism even after attaining such standards in the industry. "Didi took just two-and-a-half hours to sing the song. And the rehearsal of the song was done a day earlier. Asha didi wrote the lyrics in Hindi in her own handwriting and what a song it was. I was in tears when she completed the song. I am sure it would be one of the most brilliant songs in Kannada," said Samarth. Even this is not the end of her list of achievements. She has sung in many albums besides movies and was recently gained a place in the CNN list of top 20 music icons of preceding 20 years. She has moved with the times and could not help being bugged by the Twitter mania where she more often than not gives an update about music and movies but sometimes also expresses her personal opinions about the current affairs. She posted about the ongoing preparation of Commonwealth Games on Twitter saying: "CWG has become DMG (Disaster Management Games)." Besides all this, she is also a bookworm. "I love to read. When I was around 13-14, I used to spend the entire night reading under the street lights filtering in through the open door. There was no electricity," she said. "I read Marathi literature, Marathi translations of all famous Bengali and Hindi novels. The books enriched me. All of my three children are very well read. Every child in this country must study. Padhai is knowledge," said the singer who even has amazing culinary skills. To quote composer Shamir Tandon who thinks that she is "versatility personified – that’s Asha Bhosle. She is the best human being I’ve ever met. She is just like a mother to me." She is still considered as an iconic image by several budding singers. "When she was 18, her voice was very nice, when she was 30 she was excellent, at the age of 50 she was superb and when she is going to turn 77, I want to wish her that regardless of your age, whatever voice you have now, you are still the best," perfectle describes singer Abhijeet. Abhijeet could not have chosen more perfect words to describe Asha Bhonsle. She took everybody by surprise in the 1980s with Dil Cheez Kya Hai, In Aankhon Ki Masti Mein and Ye Kya Jagah Hai Doston from Umrao Jaan.
