Supermodel Kate Moss has been voted as the best-dressed woman of the decade, and US First Lady Michelle Obama the most independent.

The 36-year-old catwalk queen has always been praised for her unique sense of style and fashion bravery.

"At every moment Kate Moss has looked chic and cool. No one has had more influence for the past decade on the way women have dressed than Kate Moss,"dailymail.co.uk quoted Vogue style director Alexandra Kotur as saying.

"We chose people who were thinking out of the box, women who look as if they're wearing what they really wanted to wear. Our parameters were to highlight from the year, and the overarching theme that we observed was to recognise an emphasis on the individual."

Michelle Obama was selected because there is "no better example of fashion democracy".

Lady Gaga was named as the most "visionary" for her astonishing array of bizarre outfits.

"Lady Gaga speaks for herself - talk about being an individual. She's that in a heightened sense. She doesn't step out the door unless she's in a whole look that's very well thought out and has a purpose," said Kotur.

"When she met the Queen, she wore an outfit that referred back to Elizabeth I. There's thought that's put into everything. She really, truly is the individual."

Actress Carey Mulligan won Vogue's best "Free spirit" for her carefree and unique style, while "Gossip Girl" Blake Lively was named best "bombshell".

Singer Jessica Simpson is reportedly planning to tie the knot with fiance footballer Eric Johnson by Christmas.

The singer-actress got engaged to Johnson last week after a six-month romance and she is now determined to walk down the aisle over the festive period because she doesn't want it to be overshadowed by the nuptials between her ex-husband Nick Lachey and his new fiancee Vanessa Minnillo, reports femalefirst.co.uk.

"She wants to beat Nick to the altar. She knows that it is going to be tough to pull everything together on such short notice, so it might have to be a New Years wedding," said a source.

"In any case, she wants the focus to be on her wedding. She doesn't want her wedding to be the aftermath of his," the source added.

According to the sources, the "Come On Over" singer will spend a fortune on her big day as she doesn't want to be upstaged by Nick and Vanessa, who announced their engagement two weeks before Jessica and Eric.

An insider added, "It will be big and elaborate. She'll spare no expensive for fear that Nick and Vanessa will outdo her. She's already starting planning everything and has every family member working on her big day."

Bollywood heartthrob Hrithik Roshan, who will be seen with Aishwarya Rai Bachchan in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's upcoming film "Guzaarish", feels that he shares a perfect equation with the actress.

"Our equation has been perfect. We both share the same amount of passion for films and our approach to our work is similar. We are selfless and enjoy teamwork. I remember the first shot I gave with Aishwarya 10 years ago for an ad, and till this time we have been able to sustain our equation," Hrithik, who was present at DT Cinemas in south Delhi's Saket area to promote the film, told reporters Tuesday.

Hrithik and Aishwarya have previously been paired together in Yash Raj's "Dhoom 2" and Ashutosh Gowariker's "Jodhaa Akbar". Both the films raked in moolah at the box-office and the pair wowed the audience with their sizzling chemistry.

"There were times when I used to show Aishwarya the shots I had given. Many times it happened that she used to walk out without giving any reaction and I used say to myself, 'I have to do the shot again'," said the 36-year-old actor, who was spiritedly promoting the film despite being down with fever.

"That level of communication and honesty comes only when you are friends and there are no ego hassels," he added.

Hrithik was also full of praise for Bhansali, with whom he worked for the first time in the film.

"While working with Bhansali, the kind of creative freedom I have enjoyed as an actor, I have never enjoyed in my life. He just let me fly. There were times when we used to come on sets and I used to have some thoughts in mind to add to the scene. But we used to communicate at such a level that we never sat and discussed it together," Hrithik said.

"It used to automatically come out in the shot. And this is possible only when there is a lot of faith on both sides," he added.

"Guzaarish", a story about a magician who becomes quadriplegic when one of his tricks goes wrong, will hit screens Friday.

Pamela Anderson enters 'Bigg Boss 4' in Desi style

Hollywood star Pamela Anderson gave up her hot bikini look and wore a white sequined sari teamed with a sensuous blouse, jhumkas, bangles and a bindi for her entry in Colors' reality show "Bigg Boss 4" here Tuesday night.

The 43-year-old looked ravishing as she entered the house with Yana Gupta's popular item number "Babuji zara dheere chalo" playing in the background. She greeted the housemates with a "Namaste", informs a source.

As expected, the housemates were quite excited to see Anderson, who has entered the show as a guest for three days.

"Ashmit Patel and Hrishant Goswami couldn't believe who they saw and hugged each other," said the source.

The episode showcasing the former "Baywatch" babe's entry will be telecast Wednesday night.

Anderson landed in Mumbai Monday night. This is her first visit to India and she hopes to get "some impressions" of the country during her stay.

"Bigg Boss 4" features contestants like actors Ashmit Patel, Manoj Tiwari, Shweta Tiwari, Sara Khan, Sameer Soni, Dolly Bindra, model Hrishant Goswami, WWE wrestler The Great Khali and former dacoit Seema Parihar, locked inside a house without any communication with the outside world. The ongoing season is being hosted by Bollywood star Salman Khan.
