America is on the outside looking in this time. When I was living in Japan, I can't remember how many times I had to wait months for a new release American flick to come to Japan.

It seemed as if my friends and family in the US were watching sequels before I got to see part one.

Not any more. Sony Pictures, owner of Spider-Man 3 released the movie on May 1st in Tokyo, Seoul, Hong Kong, China, Germany, France and other markets 3 days before it will be released in America or the UK.

Problem for me is…now I am in the states eating my heart out because my Japanese friends are now getting a first look.spider%20man%203.jpg

Can't win for trying.

Not only did Toby Maquire, Kirsen Dundst and company break records in Tokyo, they also broke records for opening days in Seoul.

Spider-Man 3 is already doing better than Spider-Man and Spider-Man 2. The question is whether or not Spidey can climb all the way to the top of the movie rankings and topple Titanic…which has grossed more than $600 million.

It seems that the Spider-Man trilogy is sure to reach the $1 billion in ticket sale milestone since Spider-Man took in $403 million and Spider-Man 2 took in $373 million.

Will you be going to see Spider-Man 3?

Free Baby on Craigslist

Posted: 18 Nov 2010 08:49 PM PST

I recently met with the owner of a very popular Chinese web site, www.wenxuecity.com. The site claims some 150 million page views each month.

While discussing business, ads, forums, content and such he mentioned to me that he has one person on his staff who is devoted to tracking down weird ads.

Weird is a loose term for people threatening suicide, murder or some other crime.

The site, he says, could be held liable if they received a warning but did not act on it.

I didn’t think too much of it until I read today that someone offered a free baby on craigslist in San Diego.

The baby was posted in the column – "free stuff" . The poster said, "batteries are not included. Transaction final. No returns." and "The baby just sits in my closet and cries – I’m not sure how to deal with it."

Of course, Craig of Craig’s list reported it, though it is likely a hoax.

But still…

It makes me wonder how many of the other very large sites have staff devoted to tracking down whether such postings really are hoaxes are not.

What do you think?

Bollywood Movie Tees Maar Khan is set to release on 24th December. Farah Khan has made the impossible possible.

Santa Banta.com reports Farah says, "Sheila Ki Jawani was supposed to be a raunchy item Bhojpuri kind of song as Katrina's a wannabe actress acting in sleazy films but the song shaped out to be classy and a mix between Chicago and Broadway.

I have never seen Katrina looking both hot and sensuous at the same time. In her earlier films, she's dressed mostly like a Barbie doll Farah added, Katrina really trusted me and didn't argue even once when I told her what she had to wear.

She just told me that she needs to start working out and tone her body more"

"Her dedication is tremendous. She didn't feel awkward with so many men around.

The more they screamed and cheered for her, the more she got a high and her energy levels increased."
