England will play Ireland in the 15th game of the World Cup 2011 at the M Chinnaswamy in Bangalore. The game will be played on March 2 and will be a day night game. Live score.

England will go into this game after having beaten Netherlands in the first game, albeit in a close encounter and then having tied with the Indian side. This speaks volumes about their poor bowling when they conceded 630 runs in the two innings.

Ireland, on the other hand, bowled rather well and bowled Bangladesh out for 205. In turn, their batting was an issue and was bowled out for much lesser to lose the game.

What they will need to do against England is build on a good start and ensure that the side can attack the poor English attack.

Lucknow University exam schedule announced

A detailed schedule of the Bachelor of Commerce part I, II and III examination has been published by the Lucknow University in the state of Uttar Pradesh, India. The university has scheduled the examinations in the month of March 2011.

Candidates who will be appearing for the examinations can access the schedule from the official website of the university at http://www.lkouniv.ac.in/. The exam schedule can also be accessed through the direct link at http://www.lkouniv.ac.in/exam_time/bcom_annual_11.pdf.

The part I exam of B.Com will be commence from 24th March and will conclude on 24th April 2011. The part II exam of B.Com will begin from 23rd March and will conclude on 21st April 2011, while the part III exam of B.Com will start from 16th March and will conclude on 25th April 2011.

For more details on the schedule of the examination, the candidates have to visit the official website of the university. The University of Lucknow had developed out of the Canning College, which was found in the year 1867.

Central University of Rajasthan recruitment notification

The recruitment notification of the Central University of Rajasthan has been published at the official website at http://www.curaj.ac.in/. The university has invited applications for the academic, administrative and non-teaching positions.

The CUR has the following vacancies in the university: assistant professor (22), associate professor (16), professor (7), controller of examination (1), finance officer (1), librarian (1), deputy registrar (1), including other positions.

Interested candidates have to apply for the vacant positions before 1st April and the print out of the application has to reach the university by 8th April. The Central University of Rajasthan is an educational institution in the state of Rajasthan, India, which was established in the year 2009.

The university is fully funded by the Government of India. The CUR was formed by an Act of the Parliament which was published on 20th March 2009. The Central Universities Bill 2009, aims at creating universities in the other states of the country also.

PTU B.Tech exam results announced

The results of the Bachelor of Technology (B. Tech) examination, have been declared by the Punjab Technical University. Candidates can access their results from the official website of the university at

http://www.ptu.ac.in/

The students who had appeared for the examination have to enter their respective registration numbers or roll numbers, to download the results. Candidates can also download the results from the results website at http://ptuexam.com/.

However, due to heavy web traffic, the websites may not respond immediately. Candidates are requested to maintain patience, while accessing the results.

The Punjab Technical University based at Jalandhar in the state of Punjab, India, was established in the year 1997. The university was established to promote technical, pharmaceutical and management education in the state of Punjab. The PTU provides degree, postgraduate as well as research courses for the students. The university has affiliated 156 management colleges, 150 engineering colleges, 96 pharmacy colleges, 68 architecture colleges and 42 hotel management colleges.

Shakti Telugu movie audio songs released by Jr. NTR, Watch Trailer video

Telugu actor Jr. NTR released the audio songs of his forthcoming  movie ‘Sakthi’ in Hyderabad on Monday, Feb 27, 2011. The movie is directed by Meher Ramesh, produced by C. Ashwini Dutt and music is composed by Mani Sharma.

‘Shakti’ starring  Jr. NTR and Ileana D’Cruz in the lead roles, will release on March 31, 2011 in Telugu and Tamil languages.

The film is being made at a hopping budget of 45 crore rupees, making it the highest budget movie in Telugu till date.

NTR Jr. after launching the audio songs said : "Shakti is a team effort. It is technically brilliant and I am blessed to do this movie. Meher Ramesh narrated this story to me in Malaysia. I was stunned with his script. It will be a feast for Nandamuri fans. Sameer Reddy's cinematography is mind blowing."

Bollywood actor Jackie Shroff and actress Manjari Phadnis were the one who hogged the limelight at the colorful audio launch ceremony.

The other celebrities who attended the ceremony are Manju Bhargavi, Brunda Master, Sonu Sood, Boyapati Srinu and Meher Ramesh.
