MHT-CET 2011 results to be out today

The results of the Maharashtra Health and Technology Common Entrance Examination will be announced today on 14th June by the Directorate of Medical Education and Research (DMER). After the results have been announced the candidates can check the list on the official website of DMER at dte.org.in or dmer.org.

More than 3,00,000 students had appeared for the entrance examination. The examinations were held by the DMER for the admissions in to the medical and engineering courses.

Through the entrance examinations the students will have the option to the courses in engineering, health sciences and pharmacy in the state of Maharashtra. From this year, just cracking the exam will also qualify the students for the course of Bachelor of Paramedical Technology (BPMT).

After the results have been declared, several students will be able to find out if they would be able to pursue a career in Engineering or medicine. The students will be competing for more than 9,000 seats in pharmacy, 4,000 seats in health sciences and more than one lakh seats in engineering. After the results are out today, the merit list will only be declared on 25th June 2011.

The results of the West Bengal Joint Entrance examination will be announced on Tuesday on 14th June 2011. Candidates who are looking for their results can access from http://results.banglarmukh.gov.in.

More than 1,00,000 students had appeared for the WBJEE examination. The candidates can also access their results through the other websites like, www.calcuttatelephones-.com or www.wbjeeb.in.

Those who are waiting for the results can also receive their results on their mobile phones. For that the candidate must register themselves in advance on www.examtec.com. One can even access the results by sending a text message.

Type WBJEE (space) enrollment number and send it to 57333, 5676750, 56677, 56300 by any mobile phone across the country. The candidates can also check their results through an interactive voice response system (IVRS) from 2pm. For that the candidate has to call to the numbers, 12630099 and 1255560 for BSNL users, 56566 for Reliance users, 56731 for Vodafone users, 543212222 and 52200 for Airtel users and 58888 from any mobile in the country.
