The bookings for the older version of the Maruti Suzuki Swift are now no more been accepted. Many of the dealers have said that the bookings of the older Swift have stopped due to the new 2011 Swift that will soon be launched.

The new 2011 Swift will now be launched in the month of August. The much awaited hatchback will now arrive in India in the month of August. The new Maruti Swift will have a better design and a more rounded look.

Apart from the external features, the new Swift will have more space in the interiors. It will be having a 90 Bhp K-series petrol engine along with dual variable valve timing, which would help in lower emissions as well as better drivability and mileage.

While the diesel engine, will remain with 75 Bhp 1.3 Multijet unit, which is a frugal but punchy performer. The price of the new Swift is likely to be Rs. 30,000 higher than the older Swift. The price hike is much reasonable with so many improvements made in the car. Maruti is expecting huge demands for the revived hatchback in the Indian market. Even the customers are expecting some great performance from the improved version of the 2011 Maruti Swift.

Facebook announces video conferencing collaboration with Skype

On Wednesday, Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg announced some good news for all the Facebook users. The social network has announced the in-browser group chat feature along with the ability in partnership with Skype for video calls in Facebook.

According to the Facebook blog, work with Skype had begun a few months ago to bring the video calling to the social network. The program is now ready so that all the conversations star from the same place.

The new chat design will have a sidebar, which will have the list of people the user messages the most. Along with the video calling, the social network is also launching a multi person chat.

The new Facebook-Skype collaboration will increase the online competition for users. Meanwhile, Google too has its audio and video chat with Skype, while Microsoft too has a social search offering along with Facebook. Currently, Facebook leads the social network, with nearly 750 million users around the globe out of which 500 million are active.

Over the years, Indian cricket team captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni has proved himself as the best in the world. While he celebrates his 30th birthday on 7th July 2011, the whole world remembers the name of the person who has proved himself simply the best captain.

Dhoni is today considered as the captain with the coolest head. India under his captaincy has won the 2007 inaugural ICC World Twenty20, the Border-Gavaskar Trophy in the year 2008, the CB series of 2007-08 and the 2011 World Cup, which was fought against Sri-Lanka.

After 27 years Dhoni under his captaincy brought the World Cup back in the country. The man was also responsible to bring the team to number one position in the ICC rankings in Test Cricket for the first time.

Master blaster, Sachin Tendulkar says that he stays calm and his situational awareness has always been his streangth. Tendulkar added that he is capable of reading well the situation and above all does not show off his frustrations.
