SBI Associates PO recruitment examination call letters available

All the candidates, who have appeared for the written test of the SBI Associates PO Recruitment 2011, can now download the call letters. The candidates can download the call letters from the official website of the State Bank Of India.

The written test for the recruitment of the probationary officers in associate banks of the State Bank of India will be held on Sunday on the 7th August 2011. For downloading the SBI call letters the candidates have to click here.

The candidates can also access the Information Handout along with the call letter. In the examination hall the candidates are required to bring the call letter, photo identity proof, original payment receipt and biodata form.

The candidates can get the original fee receipt from the branch, where they had deposited the fees. It is essential to have all the essential documents with the candidate while appearing for the examination for the recruitment. The Indian squad for the upcoming five match ODI and Twenty20 series against England has been announced.

Rahul Drvid is the surprise inclusion, while Yuvraj Singh and Harbhajan have been dropped. Their omission is on fitness rather than form grounds, though Harbhajan is technically expected to be fit by the time the series kicks off with a solitary Twenty20 on August 31.

Rahul Dravid is back after a gap of two years, With the youngsters in the line-up once again struggling in testing conditions, Dravid finds himself back in the mix.

CAG reports slams Suresh Kalmadi and Sheila Dixit government

The report of the Comptroller and Auditor General of India (CAG), over the Common Wealth Games 2010, has further put the BJP party in trouble. The report was presented in the parliament on Friday and had pointed fingers at Delhi chief minister Sheila Dixit.

Meanwhile, Law minister Salman Khurshid had said that the parliament would be considering the report. The report that has been presented in the parliament has said that the prime minister's office has done a mistake by appointing Suresh Kalmadi as the chief of the organizing committee.

Fingers were also pointed at Sheila Dixit's government for causing the huge losses due to the over spending during the preparation of the Common Wealth Games. The reports had also pointed out questions on the appointment of Suresh Kalmadi as the OC chairman on the recommendation of the PMO in the year 2004.

Some of the sources had also claimed that Kalmadi was also in jail for acts of omission and commission. The CAG reports had also pointed examples of biased decision in the selection of athletic tracks and badminton courts.

Australia and Sri Lanka will clash in the 1st Twenty20 international which will be played at the Pallekele International Cricket Stadium in Sri Lanka on Saturday, August 6, 2011.

The match will start at 19:00 local, 13:30 GMT, 7:00 p.m. India time. Check live score.

Australia is touring Sri Lanka and will play a full-fledged series of two T20′s, five ODI’s and three tests beginning from August 6. Check the schedule/fixture.
