Seems like, the search for the female lead for the much awaited movie 'Dhoom 3' has finished. After Bollywood super star Aamir Khan has been casted for the bad guy role in the next 'Dhoom' installment, the makers have reportedly approached acteess Deepika Padukone.

Deepika was recently spot in Yash Raj Studio, where she had a talk with producer Aditya Chopra regarding the casting of the film. Sources from the production unit have said that the actress had also given a look test for the movie.

Earlier, several actresses were considered and approached for the female lead in the film. The list of approached actresses included Priyanka Chopra and Katrina Kaif. Moreover, some of the Hollywood actresses like Eva Longoria and Penelope Cruz were also approached by the makers.

Nothing has been made official, but if at all the 'Om Shanti Om' actress is cast opposite Aamir Khan, then the actor might find some difficulties in matching up with the height of Deepika. But critics apart, the pair can definitely prove to be interesting for the audience.

Director Anurag Kashyap has once again come up with his own style of smart film making with the movie 'That Girl In Yellow Boots'. The film maker has smartly titled the movie, in which he has given the idea of the struggle of a girl.

The movie has been co-written by Anurag and his wife Kalki Koechlin, who also stars in the movie. The writers in the movie have portrayed some of the negative images of the society.

The story of the movie is about a girl, who is in search of her father. The movie has shown the struggle, what a girl goes through while she is on the quest of finding her father.

Kashyap has managed to compile the movie in a very self narrative mood, which allows the audience to connect with the characters in the movie. Kalki in the movie plays the role of a British girl named Ruth, who is living in Mumbai and works in a parlor, which provides illicit facilities. Like the director is known for he has well executed the movie with some excellent work by the cinematographer. Overall, it is a good movie to catch for the weekend.

The first ODI between India vs England will be played at Chester-le-Street on Sept. 2, 2011. The game will start at 09:15 GMT, 10:15 local, 2:45 p.m. India time.

England after beating India 4-0 in the Test series and in the only T20 match looks to dominate in the ODI series too.

MS Dhoni’s team is missing many of its top players like Yuvraj Singh, Virendar Sehwag, Gambhir etc due to injuries. Even though they won the three practice matches against KEnt, Sussex and Liecestershire they lacked the fighting spirit in the only T20.

Ravindra Jadeja has been recalled in place of the injured Gambhir who will miss the series and return home for treatment.

If India wants to continue to be on top of the ODI rankings they have to keep winning the matches.

STAR Cricket will telecast the ODI series live in India and other South Asian countries. Indias’s national broadcaster Doordarshan also will relay the match live. The series can also be watched online live streaming at the official website of the TV channel.
