The Windows 8 Developer Preview has been made available now at http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/home/ Windows Developer Preview with developer tools English, 64-bit (x64)package includes a disc image which have 64-bit Windows Developer Preview, Windows SDK for Metro style apps, Microsoft Visual Studio 11 Express for Windows Developer Preview, Microsoft Expression Blend 5 Developer Preview and 28 Metro style apps including the BUILD Conference app. Other two versions also available at the official link provided above where you can download the full image of the disc. | GATE 2012 admit cards results and question paper pattern details – How to apply Posted: 13 Sep 2011 06:23 PM PDT Graduate Aptitude test in engineering 2012 examination has been announced and this year also GATE 2012 Examination will include both online and offline examinations. Online examination is on 29 January 2012(Sunday) and offline examination this year is on 12 February 2012 This year candidates have to apply only Online with application fee for General/OBC is Rs 1000 while for SC/ST/PH will be Rs500. A candidate can apply for only one of the total 21 papers listed in the table at official GATE website for 2012 which is http://gate.iitd.ac.in/GATE/structure.php The examination for the papers with codes AE, AG, AR, GG, MN and TF will be carried out ONLINE using computers where the candidates will be required to enter the answer online with mouse only and for others it will be offline. As per official notice, GATE 2012 results will be announced on March 15, 2012 at 10:00 hrs and will be available on the GATE websites of all IITs and IISc.  |
| US open 2011 results of Tennis – Djokovic is the winner Posted: 13 Sep 2011 08:47 AM PDT In the grand finale of US open 2011 lawn tennis men’s championship, Djokovic defeated Rafael Nadal in 4 sets in which clearly Djokovic was the clear dominant. He defeated Nadal by 6,2 6,4 6,7 6,1. So here you can see Nadal anyhow managed only set and Djokovic won his first US Open title. This match which was played at Arthur Ase stadium lasted for almost 4 hours where Novak Djokovic brought a big upset for Nadal fans. In women’s championship, Samantha Stosur defeated Serena Williams in straight sets with 6-2 and 6-3. In men’s doubles finals, Jurgen Melzer and Philipp Petzschner defeated Mariusz Fyrstenberg and Marcin Matkowski of Poland. In women’ doubles finals, Vania King and Yaroslava Shvedova Liezel defeated Huber and Lisa Raymond of USA.  |
