The Students who cracked the IITJEE 2010 can find their online course allotment of second round through the official websites of IIT JEE on various IIT Websites. In the second round course allotments thr students have been offered courses in various IIT like IIT Kanpur, IIT Delhi, IIT Kharagpur, IIT Bombay, IIT Madras, IIT Roorkee, IIT Mandi, IIT Ropar, IIT Jodhpur, IIT Gandhinagar, IIT Indore, IIT Hyderabad, IIT Guwahati, Patna, Bhubaneshwar. Lamhaa movie starring Sanjay Dutt, Bipash Basu released in India, banned in Gulf countries Posted: 15 Jul 2010 10:08 PM PDT Lamhaa movie starring Sanjay Dutt, Bipash Basu released in India, banned in Gulf countries Lamhaa movie which is written and directed by Rahul Dholkia and cast Sanjay Dutt, Bipasha Basu, Kunal Kapoor, Anupam Kher has released today. Lamhaa movie is all about the conflict of Kashmir. In Lamhaa movie Sanjay Dutt has played the role of Indian Military Intelligence officer. Plight of Kashmir valley and love life of Sanjay Dutt and Bipash Basu is the main plot of Lamhaa. Due to the movie plot is based on Kashmir, the movie has been banned in Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, UAE and Oman. UAE National Media Council Censorship Board felt that the content of the movie is highly objectionable and controversial. Gulf region is having great market for Bollywood movies. Gulf countries have outrightly rejected the movie Lamhaa. Rahul Dholkia’s movie will not be able to collect cash due to ban. Lamhaa is an average Bollywood movie. Acting by Sanjay Dutt and Anupam Kher is fine but acting by Bipasha Basu, Kunal Kapoor is unimpressive. The music of the Lamhaa film is given by Mithoon with lyrics of Amitabh Varma & Saeed Qadri. D Udaya Kumar is the lucky person because his design for the symbol of Indian currency has been approved by the Union cabinet. The symbol devised and designed by the D Udaya Kumar was finalized from approximately 3000 designs. D Udaya Kumar is post graduate from IIT Mumbai. He has been recruited by IIT / Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati as Assistant Professor in Design. Finance Ministry / Indian government has approved the Rupee symbol which is given in the Image in this post. D Udaya Kumar, designer of Indian rupee symbol has also won the cash prize of Rs. 250000. Government if India will try to adopt it within 6 months in the India and worldwide within 18 to 24 months, Information and Broadcasting Minister Ambika Soni told reporters in Delhi. The symbol will "lend a distinctive character and identity to the currency and further highlight the strength and robustness of the Indian economy," the Ministry of Finance said Thursday in a statement |
HCS Judicial pre exam results released Posted: 15 Jul 2010 06:05 AM PDT HCS Judicial pre exam results released Punjab and Haryana High Court Chandigarh has announced the HCS Judicial pre exam. The preliminary HCS Judicial examination was conducte on last Sunday by Punjab and Haryana High Court and Haryana Public Service Commission. Approximately 9500 candidates appeared in the HCS Judicial examination. The results was awaited by the candidates appeared in the Haryana Civil Service Judicial examination. Last year HPSC declared the pre examination results with in a week for HCS Executive recruitment. List of Candidates who have qualified in the HCS examination has been uploaded by the Punjab and Haryana High Court.
