Delhi Building Collapse:Builder Arrested,Passing The Buck Continues Posted: 16 Nov 2010 11:25 AM PST The Delhi building collapse mishap on Monday night that saw 66 people lose their lives and 80 others hospitalized,finally saw some action being taken by the police.The absconding builder Amrit Pal Singh was finally arrested last night from Geeta Colony around 7 pm.The 55yr old builder has a notorious record already,having been arrested 20 times earlier,with 21 cases registered against him involving crimes that range from violation of essential commodities to receiving stolen properties.
