On 4th July 2010, the most eligible bachelor of the country MS Dhoni had got married with his girlfriend Sakshi Singh Rawat. Today the couple is celebrating the first wedding anniversary after they had tied the knot a year back.

Sakshi and Dhoni had tied the knot in a very private wedding ceremony in Dehradun. Dhoni had known Sakshi since school days. They had been seeing each other for long before marriage, but their love affair was kept under wraps for long.

The wedding ceremony was attended only by the close friends and relatives of the couple. After the wedding a grand reception was held in Mumbai.

Sakshi wasn't much known by the media until the news of their wedding had broken out. She was also tried to be grilled by the media, after certain photographs of her were released in which she was seen smoking and having fun with her friends. Earlier, Dhoni was linked with some of the Bollywood celebrities like Deepika Padukone and Asin. Soon after the first pictures of Dhoni's marriage had surfaced, the Indian cricket captain was appreciated for his good choice of life partner. After the couple had wed, the growth graph of the cricketer had continued to rise with an increased pace.

EPF soon to be introduced for online filing of applications

In some good news for all those trying to settle their provident funds, the EPFO will soon introduce a new system, which would provide online filing of applications to settle the money through the EPF accounts. The new system will also transfer accounts from one organization to another.

Samirendra Chatterjee, the Central PF commissioner has said that the work is already in process and that they are currently developing and testing the software. The commissioner also added that they would wait for the current work of computerization to stabilize in the upcoming months.

While talking about the new system, Chatterjee said that in the initial stages the facility of digital signature would not be available, and the applicant has to send a hard copy within the limited time subsequent of the filing up of the online form.

From 1st July the EPFO has started a facility for online information on accounts balance. Chatterjee has assured that the online accounts updating work would complete by the month of December 2011.

French auto manufacturing company Renault has revealed Fluence Z.E. during the 2011 Australian International Motor Show in Melbourne. The New Fluence Z.E. is a fully electric drivetrain as well as a switchable lithium ion battery set up.

During the event, an announcement was made along with partnership with Renault, GE and Better Place Australia. GE announced that they would be buying at least 1000 electric cars by the year 2015.

Ben Waters the director of ecomagination GE, Australia and New Zealand had announced that in November 2010 they had committed that they would purchase 25,000 cars globally by the year 2015, which is the largest ever single electric car commitment.

Ben said that they are looking forward to be the early adopters for electric vehicles in the country. While talking about new Fluence Z.E., it is powered by 70KW power 226Nm of torque. As the petrol prices continue to rise, a zero emission electric car would be a blessing for the consumers in the world.
